Scope of application and contracting parties
The following general terms and conditions apply to the business relationship between SINTA AND NICOLAS and our customers for transactions in the online store and all possible points of sale listed on our website.
Products
The items offered are unique pieces. The colours and lustre of the pearls may vary slightly from the images used in our online shop. The influence of light can cause the colour and lustre of pearls to appear different.
Availability
If individual items are requested more than once, the first order received will be processed. For orders that are not fulfilled, we offer the customer equivalent alternatives. We are not liable for unavailable items.
Payment
We deliver the items after we have agreed on the payment terms with the customer.
Retention of title
Until full payment of the respective invoice amount of a delivery (final and unconditional crediting of the total purchase price), SINTA UND NICOLAS retains ownership of the delivered goods in any case.
Delivery
As a rule, items are delivered by post. By arrangement, items can also be delivered by courier service or in person by SINTA UND NICOLAS employees. At the customer's request, deliveries will be insured. Delivery and insurance charges will be invoiced to the customer at cost price.
Transfer of benefit and risk
The performance of SINTA UND NICOLAS is fulfilled with the handover to the customer or to the transport company used. After dispatch, the risk of accidental deterioration and accidental loss of the items shall pass to the customer.
Complaints
The items must be inspected by the customer immediately upon receipt. Complaints must be reported by e-mail within
3 days (info@sintanicolas.com).
Right of return
We grant a right of return for orders placed through the online shop. A return must be made within 7 calendar days from the day on which the customer took possession of the ordered
goods from the carrier. Of course, returned pearl jewellery must reach us in perfect condition, otherwise this right of return does not apply.
Certificates
All SINTA AND NICOLAS pearls have already been graded in their country of origin by recognised experts. The size, shape, colour, lustre and surface of the pearls were examined in detail. This original expert assessment serves as the basis for certificates issued.
Data protection
The collection and processing of personal data about the customer by SINTA UND NICOLAS is explained in the data protection declaration. This forms an integral part of the contract of these GTC.
Place of jurisdiction
The business activity is based on Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich.
